Computers are excellent at keeping records and performing calculations, while I can provide manual/paper accounting books, my extensive experience with computers will provide you with the most cost-effective system for your business. I have many years experience of using Spreadsheets (including Microsoft Excel) and have the ability to design these to suit you, or to analyse your data in a way that is useful to your business. If you have no preference I will discuss the best package for your needs. I will not suggest an expensive package if a simple spreadsheet is the best for your business needs.
Having entered all your data onto a system, I will return all your receipts and invoices to you sorted and ready to store. HMRC require these need to be kept for at least 6 years.
